I’m an athlete who has played soccer my entire life, and fitness has always been an important part of who I am. Over the years, training became more than just something to improve performance—it became a way to build confidence, discipline, and a healthier lifestyle. I spend five to seven days a week in the gym and have developed a true passion for strength training, nutrition, and helping others improve themselves both physically and mentally.

About three years ago, I reached a point where I wasn’t happy with myself or where I was physically. Instead of giving up, I committed to learning how muscle growth, nutrition, recovery, and consistent training truly work. I followed the same principles and methods included throughout this program to completely transform my mindset, habits, and results. That journey taught me that real change does not happen overnight—it comes from consistency, discipline, and trusting the process.

Growing up in Iowa helped shape my hardworking mentality and taught me the value of dedication and perseverance. Now, my goal is to help others make positive changes with their bodies and confidence by sharing the knowledge and experience that helped change my own life.
